We do not collect or hold sensitive information about you, except with respect to applications for early release of superannuation benefits due to permanent incapacity or financial hardship.

We only collect information necessary for the purpose of establishing and administering your investment(s) with us, or as required by law (Corporations Act 2001, taxation and superannuation legislation).
We disclose your information (or parts thereof) to external parties who act on our behalf in the operation of our business from time to time. We require all such external parties to keep your information confidential and protect your privacy.
We may disclose your information to external parties on your behalf, such as your financial adviser, unless you instruct us otherwise.
Your information may be disclosed from time to time to our related parties in relation to the agreed purpose for which it was collected/held.
How can you access the information we hold about you?
Upon written request to the BlackRock Privacy Officer at the address below, we can provide you with copies of the personal information we hold about you. A reasonable fee may be charged to offset administration costs incurred, in certain circumstances. However, we will obtain your consent to any fee applicable, prior to processing your request.
If you believe that any of the information we hold about you is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, please advise us and we will review our records. We would appreciate your prompt advice of any changes to your information as they occur, so we can maintain current and accurate records.
How secure is your information?
We are committed to protecting your information from unauthorised use, access, disclosure and modification. We have a detailed Security Policy and a regional Security Officer to oversee our Information Protection Standards and systems.
